Located in the heart of Dallas, our space blends high ceilings, expansive natural light, and curated editorial furnishings to give your vision room to breathe. Whether you are producing a commercial photo or video campaign, staging portraits, hosting a creative workshop, or planning an intimate private event, the studio offers a warm, versatile backdrop that easily adapts to your aesthetic.
Every corner is intentionally styled with flexible seating vignettes, clean architectural lines, and ample space for gear, talent, and guests. You bring the concept, we provide the canvas.

20 black minimalist chairs, two 5-foot black tables, one black card table, and three high-top cocktail tables.
Flexible Staging:
Open floor plan with designer seating vignettes ready to rearrange to fit your layout.
Built-in Bar & Cabinetry:
Dedicated counter and cabinetry space for food displays, drink stations, or product setups.
Cooling:
Full-sized refrigerator plus a dedicated wine fridge to keep drinks chilled.
Serving Essentials:
Approximately 20 wine glasses, wooden charcuterie boards, and serving utensils on hand.
Roll-up Garage Doors:
Effortless street-level load-in and load-out for heavy equipment, lighting grids, or caterers. Open them up during events to bring the outdoors in and expand your event footprint.
Private Loft Level:
An elevated upstairs mezzanine overlooking the studio. Perfect as a VIP lounge, private green room for talent, hair and makeup suite, or quiet production/wardrobe holding area.
Dual-Zone Sonos Sound System:
Immersive, high-quality audio with dedicated Sonos speakers across both the main floor and upper loft. Play seamless background music throughout the entire space or control each level independently.
Smart Display TV:
Equipped with YouTube TV. Easily stream background ambiance, showcase client pitch decks and mood boards, display branded logos, or run video playback.
